If you are new to snowshoeing you will be welcome. There will be plenty of experienced members to help you. We just ask that you familiarize yourself with the bindings of your snowshoes and know how to put them on and take them off.

REPORT :

Bob’s injury to a knee prevented him from leading the group. So Claude and Michèle took over the job of leaders for this hike. The weather was excellent, with sunny skies and a temperature of -16°C. The trail was in excellent condition. All 10 participants walked the 7 km of the long loop. The hike ended at 11:30. Everyone liked this hike.

Only Claude, Michèle and Bob went to the Blue Anchor for lunch. The food, service and atmosphere were good.
