REPORT:

It takes 40 minutes to get to Île St-Bernard from St-Lazare via Highway 30. Take exit 35 on HWY 30. Follow the directions pointing to the hospital to get to theRené-Lévesque Boulevard.

There is a new fee for groups of 10 or more: $2.75 perperson.

We were 13 participants.

The temperature was 2°C and the trail in excellent condition. The 8 km hike around the island was completed in 2h22, on snowshoes.

The lunch at the Café de l’Île was quite enjoyable.

Only Michèle and I completed the hike at the Fernand-Seguin center. We did the 3.8 km loop  in 56 minutes. The trail is only for snowshoers.

The return trip to St-Lazare  took 30 minutes.

This hike can be scheduled on a Sunday, if we don't hike on the Fernand-Seguin trail.
